Polish diet
Eating is a requisite act in our life. Very often people forget that they eat to live on and not live to eat. It can be very dangerous for us. People in Poland lead a sedentary life they aren't very active. Our national food is quite fat so probably also unhealthy. That's why many people are obese and suffer from illnesses connected with it. Children love sweets. They want to eat chocolate and candies all day. Then they don't want to eat dinner. Sweets include a lot of sugar and fat. These substances lead to teeth caries, being overweight what in future is connected with diabetes and many circulation system illnesses. That's why very important is showing children that we can't eat whatever we like. A person who was taught about it in childhood remembers about it for all their life. We're only people-we can afford a day called "I eat what I want." Then we can go to McDonald’s or KFC, we can buy ice - cream, crisps etc. Daily we should forget about this food. It has a lot of calories, fat and sugar. They're killers of our appearance. Poles eat mainly meat. We eat little vegetables and fruit. Characteristic for Polish food are dense, thick sauces. We eat too many potatoes. However, Poles eat more and more healthy and exquisite food-for example seafood. I think Polish diet is not healthy. It is too much fat. Additionally, Poles eat big breakfasts, dinner and supper. It is not good.

I think that you eat like the teenagers in our country now, I notice that there are similarities where food is concerned between you and us. We eat too much fat things and not enough fruit and vegetables like you. You are right when you say that it is not good. I think that it is important that we and you eat less fat things, less sugar and more healthy food. We would feel much better and you too.
