recipe


I’m going to write you recipe for dumplings with poppy. In Polish it is called “Kluski z makiem”.

Ingredients: 0,3 kg flour, one egg, salt, a glassful of poppy, two teaspoons of butter, three spoons of honey, three spoons of raisins, walnuts, spoon of orange rind.

Blend flour with water, egg and pinch of salt. Sophisticated dough roll and shelve to dry out. After that cut dough and boil in water, filter, flush with boiling water. Top butter. The poppy burn with boiling water. The poppy must be grind three times. After that you must mix it with honey, delicacies and join with pasta. ;] Bon appetit!

I think it's great to know what you eat in Poland.You can compare like that your food habits and learn a lot of things.I think it's a good idea to exchange receipes!!!This one seems to be delicious!! Moreover I like cooking!!!

hello everybody,
my diet is very rich in vitamin such as for example the fruits and vegetables it is very good for our body
then i eat many proteins for insance meat and fish
when i am with lycée, i eat in a restaurant bus to hold
a whole especially day of course in our section it is better to eat well to be ready to work.
We have to eat well if not it is not possible to follow in progress the rhythm to you of works are rather hard to follow if one eats not normaly it is rather with normal food
